Privacy & analytics
Haven X is for adults aged 18 and over. This page explains the information used to operate the site and the optional tools used to understand our public pages.
Your account and private activity
Supabase handles account authentication, including password recovery. Account information, conversations, purchased content, calls and payments are used to provide the features you choose. Passwords are sent directly to Supabase Auth.
Optional analytics
If you accept analytics, our public pages can use Google Analytics to measure page visits and Microsoft Clarity to understand page interactions through session recordings and heatmaps. These services can receive device and browser information and use analytics cookies.
We do not load these tools on sign-in or password recovery pages, or inside member, creator or admin accounts. Public page addresses sent to analytics exclude query strings and fragments. We do not send account identifiers, private messages or passwords to either tool.
Navigation into private screens opens a fresh page so public-page recording scripts do not remain active. On those screens your choice remains stored locally, without loading an analytics script.

Your choice
Analytics stays off until you accept. Select “Analytics settings” to change your choice at any time. Declining does not affect your account or access to Haven X. Your preference is saved in this browser.
