How Haven X works
Haven X brings creator chats, photo and video collections, and one-to-one video calls into one account. You choose the creator and the experience, with separate prices for chat, content and calls.
Create an account and explore creators
Haven X is for adults aged 18 and over. Create a member account, sign in, and browse the creator profiles available inside the app. Profiles help you decide who you want to connect with before choosing a paid interaction.
Creator profiles and member activity require sign-in. These public guides explain the service without publishing conversations, purchased media or personal account information.
Use credits for the experience you choose
Your wallet holds the credits used for chat unlocks, content and call packages. Check the current wallet options and the price displayed for the item you want before confirming a purchase. There is no single price covering every creator or experience.
Unlocking a chat does not automatically buy a creator’s collections or video calls. Those are separate purchases, so you can decide which parts of the experience you want.
Start with a conversation
When you find a creator you want to message, review the chat unlock price on their profile. After unlocking, open the conversation from your messages. You can ask about the creator’s available content and call packages there.
Some creators use an AI stand-in when they are away. Individual AI replies are not marked in the chat, so do not assume each message was written live by the creator. A chat unlock does not promise an immediate personal reply.
Choose content or a one-to-one call
Photo and video collections have their own listed prices. Purchased items are available through your library. For a video call, check the creator’s packages and discuss availability in chat; the package shows its duration and credit price.
Start with the information shown in the app rather than assuming a creator is online or that an experience is included. You remain free to browse these public guides and read the privacy information before opening an account.
