What is Haven X?
Haven X is a platform for adults 18 and over to connect with creators through private chats, photo and video collections, and one-to-one video calls. Chat, content and calls have separate prices.
Do I need an account to browse creators?
Yes. Creator profiles, messaging, catalogue purchases and calls are inside the signed-in app. You can read the homepage, these guides and the privacy page without signing in.
How do wallet credits work?
Credits are the balance you use for chat unlocks, content purchases and call packages. Check the wallet options and the price shown for a specific purchase in the app. This page does not set a fixed cash-to-credit exchange rate or a single price for all creators.
Does unlocking chat include content or calls?
No. A chat unlock opens a conversation. A creator’s photo or video collections and call packages are priced separately, so review each purchase before confirming it.
Are all messages written by the creator?
No. Some creators use an AI stand-in when they are away. Individual AI replies are not marked in the chat, so do not assume every message is written live by the creator. A chat unlock does not guarantee an immediate personal reply.
How do I arrange a creator video call?
Review the call packages on the creator’s profile, then discuss availability in chat. Check the duration and credit price on the call offer before purchasing. A listed package does not guarantee the creator is available immediately.
Where do I find content I purchased?
Open Library in your signed-in account to return to purchased items. Access to view an item does not automatically grant rights to redistribute the creator’s work.
Can I decline analytics?
Yes. Optional public-page analytics stays off until you accept. You can decline or change your choice through Analytics settings. The tools are not loaded in sign-in, recovery, member, creator or admin screens.
What if I cannot sign in?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to request a recovery link. Keep recovery links private. The recovery page and your account are excluded from optional public-page analytics.
