One-to-one video calls with creators

Make time for a face-to-face conversation with a creator on Haven X. Calls are offered as packages with a listed duration and credit price, separately from chat and content purchases.

Review the creator’s call packages

Sign in and open a creator’s profile to see the call packages they currently offer. Review the duration and credit price for the package you are interested in. Availability and package options can differ between creators.

A chat unlock does not include a video call. Treat the call as its own purchase, and use the details displayed in your account rather than assuming there is one site-wide call rate.

Discuss availability in chat

Use the creator conversation to ask about a suitable time and the package they are available for. The creator can share the call offer in chat. Review that offer before you confirm a purchase with wallet credits.

Finding a package on a profile does not mean the creator is ready to connect immediately. Agreeing on the details first helps you choose a call that fits both your expectations and the creator’s availability.

Get your browser ready

Join from your signed-in Haven X account on a device with a working camera and microphone. Your browser may request access when you use the call features. Check your connection and choose a space where you are comfortable speaking.

The call is one to one. Keep account credentials and sign-in links private, and follow the controls shown in the app for entering and ending the call. This guide does not promise that a call is recorded, downloadable or available outside the app.

Keep call access separate from other purchases

Video calls, private messaging and photo or video collections are different experiences. Buying one does not automatically unlock the others. Check the package details, current credit balance and displayed price before continuing.
